Genesis 1:1

My recent brush with theoretical physics has pretty much convinced me to stick with art and music. Mathematics are one mystery among many to me. My understanding of Einstein's theory of the beginnings of the universe is sketchy at best, but one of the things he found in his mathematics was that for his formula to work, it required a "constant" which he called " " (lambda). I prefer to call it "YHWH","In the beginning YHWH created the heavens and the earth," which is the constantly repeating hebrew phrase running across the painting.

Einstein was unable to find a single set of equations that show the four fundamental forces (gravity, electromagnetic, and strong and weak nuclear forces) to be separate manifestations of one even more fundamental force. Physics now has a theory called "superstring unification"which seems to fill the bill. According to the formula in the painting, there are not just 3, but 10 dimensions. I have created a symbol representing the 10 dimensions: 3 interlocking circles joined by a triangle representing three realms with dimensions of height, width and length, joined by a common dimension, time. What are those realms? Well the physicists can draw whatever conclusions they like. Personally, I think they are: this universe, heaven, and hell. I put M.C. Escher's moebius strip in there to represent eternity, but those ants seem to be finding a way out of the loop.
